Activities

SMARTLEARN_activities SMARTLEARN group members are very active in the research community by participating and organizing as General Chair and PC Chair many international conferences and workshops; being involved as Associate Editor, Guest Editor and Editorial Board member of high quality journals and books and giving Keynotes Talks and Seminars.

The following is a list of the SMARTLEARN’s most relevant research activities carried out by the group members so far:

  • Associate Editor of the following journals:
    • Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing ISSN: 1868-5145 (print), Springer-Verlag GmbH.
    • Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence ISSN: 2624-8212, Frontiers Media SA.

  • Member/Collaborator of 10 international research groups.
  • Participated in 30 research projects (from Catalonia, Spain, EU and USA).

    • International Workshop on Adaptive Learning via Interactive, Collaborative and Emotional approaches (ALICE).

SMARTLEARN contributions are widely published in international journals, conferences, workshops and books (30+ books by Elsevier, Springer and IGI Global, 150+ in refereed international journals of which 100+ in indexed ISI-JCR Thomson Reuters, 500+ papers in conferences / workshops by IEEE CS).
